To begin participation in the program, a LEA has to simply call the PCG office and we will provide you with a participation agreement. All participating LEAs are required to sign a participation agreement (contract) with PCG. The agreement details the responsibilities and rights of both PCG and the participating LEA and the services to be provided to the LEA. Each program, MAC & DSC, requires its own contract to be completed. The completed contract allows the LEA to participate in the school based Medicaid program administered by PCG. Upon the completion of this contract, PCG will work with the LEA to implement the Medicaid claiming process.
